Do I need a land line phone connection in order to have monitoring services?

Answer: No. A cellular device can be added eliminating the need for a phone line.

Can I get a security sign for my front yard?

Answer: Yes. We even encourage that you put up a sign. Not only will it help to protect your home, but it also helps us to promote our company. In many cases we can even give you extra equipment/ reduce your monitoring rate if you agree to put up one of our company signs.

Will my pets set off a motion detector?

Answer: It depends. We have pet safe motion sensors of up to 80lbs. If you have a dog that weighs less than this amount then everything will be fine.

Is it true that I can get a discount on my homeowners insurance by having a monitored alarm installed in my home?

Answer: Yes. Most companies typically offer a 5%- 20% discount for homes with monitored security systems.
